Gods’ Ultimate Intention Part 3 a Family

Gods’ ultimate intention Part 3
A family

The word family is mentioned 123 times in the bible the phrase “sons of God” is used 5 times in the New Testament.God makes no distinction between the family of God in heaven and the family of God in the earth, nor does he consider the saints in heaven as being dead.
Ephesians 3:14For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
We are told that in the beginning there was God;
Genesis 1:1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
We are made in the image and likeness of God; why did God do that? Simply because He wanted a family. We are told that it is not good for man to be alone;
Genesis 2:18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; It was not good also for God to be alone so He made us in His image and likeness so he could have a family sons and daughters of the same species.
Psalm 82:6I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
John 10:34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
God yearns for His kids to turn out like Him
The story of the prodigal son expresses Gods heart toward his children both saved and unsaved. God loves all unconditionally, He has no favorites as we view the meaning of that word, however He does have those who find favor with Him. Testing and qualifying is a one of Gods Kingdom principles, there are those who will find favor to rule with Him.
The word of God is replete with the concept of God as a Father. Discipline is also part of a father’s responsibility,
Hebrews 12:6For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
Everything God does and allows us to go through is redemptive ie to do us good in the end.
Hebrews 12:11Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
God yearns to have His family around Him
He yearns for completion
Hebrews 2:10aFor it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory,
Angels are not sufficient for our Father, he desires those of His own kind to be with Him.
Hebrews 2:5For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
6But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
It is never Gods intention that we be alone, and even those in this life who never marry will in eternity have a partner. Family is part of Gods heart and nature, and His eternal strategy will always be linked to the basic fundamental of family. Satan however is insanely Jealous of man’s family relationship to God, that is why he that is Satan, continues to undermine the family with immorality, homosexuality, and feminism which seeks to undermine the differing roles of male and female, while chauvinistic attitudes have no place in the Kingdom, differing roles do.
It is interesting to note that in the late 60s the birth of feminism rose as a powerful force in the western world and at the same time and at the same rate breast cancer escalated like never before, this was a mute testimony and sign that woman’s true femininity was under a powerful attack. It takes both the nature and make up of Man and woman to express the nature of God, one in incomplete without the other. Now I am not saying that if you suffer from breast cancer it is a sign that you are a feminist, but the correlation between the rise of it in the late 60s and the rise of feminism was not coincidental. I had better get out of this before I dig a hole I cannot get out of.
God intends to expand His kingdom across the universe using His family
This royal family of sons and daughters princes and princesses will become part of God’s plan to bring heaven not only to this earth but to the ever expanding universe
God bless
