Preparing for the harvest Part 3 Both Good and evil will be harvested

Preparing for the harvest Part 3

Both Good and evil will be harvested

Matthew 13:47Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
Two harvests are becoming ripe, good and evil, and these two harvests are ripening together. Sinners are getting more proficient at sinning and the righteous are becoming more righteous. Good and evil are maturing; darkness is increasing along with the light. The fragile empires of men are beginning to be shaken as the economy stumbles along from one crisis to another. In preparing for the coming harvests it is vital that we also prepare for both.

The ostrich culture

There is a culture that prevails in many churches today which is similar to the Ostrich which hides its head in the sand when danger approaches pretending it does not exist. This culture is one of the most dangerous and harmful attitudes of our times.  Many want preaches to tell them only good things, positive things, and many preachers today criticize those who speak of coming difficult times, branding them as negative. How foolish can we be, Jesus many time spoke of coming disasters, judgment and frightening things that are coming in our day.
Matthew 24:7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
The forces of light and darkness are headed for the fiercest clash the world has ever seen. Darkness is encroaching across our planet, and most Christians don’t want to think about it let along admit to it. This Ostrich culture that prevails in many areas of the Christian church is one of the most dangerous attitudes of our times. Two harvests are maturing; good and evil and we cannot ignore these facts.

At evening time it shall be light

Zechariah 14:7But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
As we approach the end of this age darkness shall increase but light also shall increase,
The greatest revival will occur at a time when the greatest darkness covers the earth.
We must prepare for two harvests, that of evil and good, although we do not focus on the darkness we must not hide our heads in the sand pretending that it won’t happen.
God said everything that can be shaken will be shaken the kingdoms of men will fall but the Kingdom of God we stand forever. Hebrews 12:26-28. We have recently seen again how fragile the economic systems of the world are. The stock market acts as a thermometer monitoring the temperature of the economy.  The stock market crash in 1987 was soon forgotten as the world continued on its path of destruction.
Roger Smith, the Chairman of General Motors, stated when asked about the turmoil caused by the 1987 crash. “We didn’t just have a tummy ache here in our country; we had a genuine, certified heart attack! And if we don’t recognize it as a heart attack and get on a diet and start doing exercises. We could have another one and it could be terminal”.   Here we are in 2008 and nothing has changed the economy is tottering on the brink of a major catastrophe again.  We need to remember that the great stock market crash of 1929 appeared to begin to slowly recover for several years until the underlying affects of the 1929 crash surfaced three years later in the form of the great depression.

We have heard it all before

As I write this I can hear the words “we have heard it all before and nothing happened”
That’s what the people said in the days of Noah!  Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Matthew 24:39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
There is another flood coming across the face of the earth, a flood of evil and darkness and a flood of Light and righteousness. Two harvests will be reaped and these two harvests will be reaped simultaneously. Dark days lie ahead and light days lie ahead, millions will be swept into the Kingdom of Heaven during a time of great tribulation. We must prepare in the natural and in the spiritual for these 2 harvests. We must be in a place where we can clearly hear God speaking to us, there must be no confusion in hearing the voice of the Lord when He is speaking to us, we need to get out of debt and streamline our lives in such a way so that we can be able to move and follow the Lord no matter what it takes, we must stay very flexible and ready to follow the Lord. In the natural, become as self sufficient as you can along with an unshakable faith that God is very able to take us through whatever darkness sweeps across the earth. Luke 21:36  "But keep on the alert at all times, praying in order that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man."
Isaiah 60:1Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
2For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
4Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.
5Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.
God Bless
