Timing in is crucial

Part 3 - Destiny part 2
Timing in is crucial
There are times and seasons in God that the Lord has set. Our understanding of these times and seasons is crucial if we are to slot into our destiny.
We have many examples in the scriptures of these seasons that brought about profound change in nations and also in the lives of individual.
Haggai 2:18
Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD'S temple was laid, consider it.
2:19
Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.
God has set times and seasons for our lives. Discerning these times is important if we are to be I sync with his plans and destiny for us.
God told Israel through the prophet Jeremiah that their captivity would last for seventy years. Seventy years later their release came. Jer 29:10.
The Greeks coined a word to describe the arrival of these times and seasons, they called it a Kairos time.
Luke 1:20
And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.( Season Gk Kairos time)
The word Kairos is used in scripture to convey a unique sense of God’s timing it has the meaning of the time being ripe. It is used in Gal 6:10.
Galatians 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season (Kairos) we shall reap, if we faint not.
We are now in a Kairos time
On the last day of May 2003 while seeking the lord a very majestic angel appeared to me. I had sensed earlier in the day that I needed to seek the Lord. This urge to seek the Lord was His knock on the door of my heart (See Rev 3:20). This angel was of high rank. He simply said to me "I am sent from the most high God to give you this message". This angel then showed me a glass container with water dripping into it. As I watched, I observed the last drop of water fall into the container which caused the container to overflow. The angel then said "the fullness of time has come". I said what does that mean? He said "a major time and season is coming to an end".
The scene changed as this angel showed me what looked like a large incense holder, he said "I have taken your prayers and the prayers of other and will present them before the throne in heaven". He then said, "There will be a number of earth quakes in the next few days and you will know that the Lord has spoken". This angel then just vanished.
Over the following two weeks there were four earth quakes around the world. I was reminded of a future event yet to happen in Rev 8:2-5.
I new we were entering a Kairos time, a time of unfolding of events in Gods calendar that had been reserved for this season.
On the 31st of May 2004 again an angel appeared to me and said I appeared to you one year ago. It was the same angel that visited me on the last day of May 2003.  He said "the time has now come" with that he handed me a baby and said "this baby is young but will grow very quickly, take care of it". I knew something had been birthed and was still in its infancy but would grow quickly.
This is a Kairos time a time when we must seek the Lord as this season changes into a new day for us. We must position ourselves by prayer, seeking the Lord and be obedient to him in order to enter into our destiny and calling in God.
Have you ever wondered why in the Old Testament the patriarchs and other were concerned about being buried in certain places when they died? Joseph insisted on his bones being carried up into the Promised Land. Abraham had the same compulsion about his burial place.
In Hebrews 12:22 this request of Joseph was considered a great act of faith, why?
They saw something coming; prophetically they had an understanding that it was important to be buried close to the city which later would be known as Jerusalem.
John 8:56  Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad
Abraham saw the coming day when Jesus would be in the earth through His incarnation, and he positioned himself to be a part of that day.
Mat 27:52 tells us that when Jesus died on the cross, the graves were opened and many from the Old Testament saints came out of the graves and walked the streets of Jerusalem.
They positioned themselves to be a part of that momentous event in history.
On the 18th of June 2004 the planet Venus followed a path across the sun. Venus is the morning star. This happens every 120 years. The number 120 in scripture signifies "the end of all flesh" and beginning of a new era.
Genesis 6:3
And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
6:13
And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
God tells us that the hosts of heaven the stars and planets were for times and seasons
Genesis 1:14
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
Luke 21:25
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
We are in a Kairos time right now a time of great change and the beginning of the emerging plans of God for this hour. This is  a time to lay aside all that hinders, streamlining and positioning ourselves for this next phase of God’s purposes in the earth.
Your destiny is tied in with this season. Jesus said of the Jews of His day that they new not the day of their visitation and therefore missed it. Luke 19:44.
You have a destiny; you came into this earth to fulfill a mission, this is a Kairos time, a time to seek the lord and know His purposes for you in this hour.
God bless you.
